I visited the workshop of Kazuyuki Tanaka Knife Manufacturing in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture. The representative, Mr. Masaki Tanaka, is a knifesmith who trained in Echizen and is highly acclaimed both domestically and internationally. We would like to introduce you to a new transaction.
This time I visited the workshop and took a look at the forging scene. I was able to take a photo up close, and the heat and sound were really impressive. Once again, I realized that this is a difficult job that requires a lot of time and effort to complete.
