How to set language and currency
- Open the menu on the top left.
- There is a language and currency switching setting at the bottom left, so you can select your desired language and currency.
Available payments
PayPal, VISA, MASTER, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
The payment currency is determined by the country of issue of your credit card and the country of PayPal registration.
The exchange rate of each currency basically fluctuates according to the market rate between 11:00 and 12:00 Japan time, but as an exception, the rate may fluctuate outside of this time period.

You can use our services by accessing this site from a country where delivery is available. We will ship the product 2 to 5 days after receiving your order.
Shipping charges vary depending on the purchase amount. Regardless of your country or region of residence, the following shipping charges will be added to the product price.

For orders over 200,000 yen, we will ship the item in multiple shipments. In that case, we will contact you.
If you would like to ship the item in multiple shipments, please pay the shipping fee each time. Delivery takes approximately 5 days to Asia and Oceania, and 1 to 2 weeks to other countries.
We have an EMS compensation system, and we will pay the insurance fee. Also, gift wrapping is not available.
Order/delivery flow
Please select the product for overseas delivery and place your order. Once your order is completed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Please check your junk mail as it may end up in your junk mail.
We will send a separate email to customers who have errors in their order details or shipping address information, such as garbled characters or omissions.
Once shipping is complete, we will send you a "shipping completion email" with the invoice number.
We will also contact you via EMS at any time regarding the status of your package.
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address information, change the order details, or cancel the order.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery company may contact you. Customers are responsible for changing the shipping address and arranging redelivery. Please check the status of your package from time to time as there may be rare cases where you do not receive an absentee note.
If this is not possible, the item will be returned or discarded at the local discretion. In this case, the payment amount cannot be refunded.
About customs duties
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, other taxes, fees, etc. that may occur due to overseas shipping.

About additional charges
If there is a delay in customs clearance, storage fees may be charged.
Please also note that if your package is redirected due to a change of address, etc., you may be charged additional fees.
