The third generation head of the knife blacksmith business. He quickly distinguished himself in his 20s and became a traditional craftsman at the age of 44. He is said to be the leading expert on Japanese-style knives, and is such an important figure that there is no one in this world who doesn't know about him.

Utilizing over 30 years of knife making experience, in recent years he has been enthusiastically working on making kitchen knives. He has an excellent design sense, is creative, and is simple yet innovative. His knives have a unique worldview that no one can imitate.

Even though he is over 70 years old, he still goes to the workshop early in the morning and works hard at forging silently. The undefeated "master" of the knife world continues to run today.
